Starting out, our first order of business was to establish a Code of Honor. We chose Integrity, Professionalism, Harmony, Cooperation, Commitment, Service, and Teamwork. Next, we formed a Mastermind Alliance Group in which we as a TEAM would evolve and grow together in business, career and our personal lives. Our original homestead roots are in Green Bay, Wisconsin just three blocks from the original Green Bay Packer stadium. Here we picked up the meaning of TEAM along with the well-known quote of the Championship Green Bay Packer Coach Vince Lombardi.
